This year we have enjoyed being asked to deliver sustainability solutions for a number of clients. These include Informa (below), CLS, Oxford Biomedica and Sirius Minerals. Across Europe we have worked with Kindred in Sweden and Hibernia REIT, based in Ireland.

Worldwide management consulting firm McKinsey & Company have asked us to create their 2019 Social Responsibility Report, building on the theme of ‘Creating change that matters’.

Britvic wins at the PLC Awards

Luminous client Britvic plc recently picked up the Sustainability Award at the prestigious PLC Awards organised by PwC. Britvic presents its sustainability activities to great effect by means of the integrated content in the company’s annual report, designed by Luminous. The report was shortlisted for Best ESG Communications at the IR Magazine Awards, Integrated Report of the Year at the Responsible Business Awards and Most Effective Integration of ESG at the IR Society Best Practice Awards.

Creating a new purpose for a new FTSE giant

As part of the rebrand of Informa, post their acquisition of UBM, Luminous are developing a new purpose statement and brand narrative for the FTSE 50 Group. The project involved a major research stage, with surveys and interviews of colleagues across the global business, to drive cultural alignment and develop a unified set of values.


As easy as E-S-G for Thames Water 

Responding to questions from investors about ESG, Thames Water asked us to develop their first Environment, Social and Governance Statement. The document pooled all ESG information in one place and was targeted specifically at the investor audience. As a strategic and creative partner, we produced a Green Bond Impact Report and Annual Report for the utility company, and are currently developing their first Purpose Report.
